Manchester City Council’s February planning committee saw yet another tranche of major projects get the green light, including the £60m Graphene Engineering Innovation Centre, a £75m Nuffield Health, and a new city centre hotel.

The committee met on Thursday 4 February and approved schemes from the University of Manchester, Property Alliance Group, Nuffield Health and Urban Splash, following the recommendation of council planning officers.
