IMAGES | No8 First Street takes shape
Images have been released of No8 First Street, the 173,600 sq ft office being delivered by Patrizia UK, backed by the Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund.
Gazprom has pre-let 50,000 sq ft of the 156,000 sq ft office space within the building’s seven floors. The office has been topped out, and is currently being clad.
Fletcher Priest Architects is the scheme’s designer.
When complete, No8 will feature double-height “winter gardens” which will be lit at night. The marketing suite has been opened within the last week, with occupier and agent tours taking place before Christmas. Savills and GVA are retained as office agents.
The leisure aspect of First Street is undergoing a successful run, with a Laundrette bar set to open in the next week, joining recent arrivals The Liquor Store and Gasworks Brewbar.
