Ilford takes office at Pochin’s Midpoint

Pochin Developments has secured a letting to photographic giant Ilford Switzerland GmbH at Verity Court, part of Midpoint 18 Business Park in Middlewich, Cheshire.

Ilford has taken a three-year lease of the first floor of unit 1, measuring 1,500 sq ft.

The business, which was originally based in Mobberley, has chosen to relocate its UK marketing team to Middlewich.

Pochin Development undertook a sub-division in line with the tenant's requirements. Ilford will take up residence of the space with effect from 1 December 2008.
