House of CB makes city debut at Liverpool ONE
A string of deals under new owner Landsec has continued with the securing of the British womenswear brand, which will open a 6,500 sq ft store on Peter’s Lane.
The deal follows hot on the heels of another womenswear brand, Anthropologie, committing to 7,000 sq ft in part of the former Flannels space, also on Peter’s Lane.
On top of that, collectibles brand Miniso will open this week in a 2,465 sq ft unit.
House of CB’s new store will be its second outside London, after Manchester Arndale. It operates a flagship store in London’s Oxford Street and one at Westfield Stratford City.
With a considerable online and social media presence, the brand has become known for its versatile collections, feminine cuts and iconic hourglass silhouettes, Landsec said, “adding diversity to Liverpool ONE’s occasion-wear offer”.
Other Peter’s Lane names include Space NK, Jo Malone, Reiss, Anthropologie and ARNE.
Rob Deacon, director of asset management at Liverpool ONE, said: “We curate a best-of-the-best offer at Liverpool ONE, delivering an unrivalled blend of brands that responds to guest demand.
“Bringing with it an online follower base of millions, House of CB’s new store will provide just that, introducing its internationally acclaimed fashion to the city as it expands its presence in physical retail. The store will complement our one-of-a-kind line-up of leading fashion retailers, providing even more unique reasons to visit Liverpool ONE.”
The incoming stores will join the recently opened Uniqlo, as well as Sephora and TFG London, both of which are opening this month.
Landsec took over at Liverpool ONE towards the end of 2024, completing a £490m acquisition.
The envy of many cities Liverpool One. A constantly evolving mix of retail and leisure.
