Hourigan Connolly hires tenth planner

Planning and development consultancy Hourigan Connolly has added to its team in Manchester with the appointment of Ella Gartland.

Gartland joins as associate, and is the tenth member of staff at Hourigan Connolly.

She has more than 13 years’ experience in planning, having worked at GVA, West Lancashire Council, WYG and Peter Brett Associates.

She said: “I look forward to being a key part of the business going forward, building on my existing experience and further developing key client relations.”
