Holly Fallon joins TLT

Joining from Mills & Reeve, Holly Fallon has taken the role of managing associate at law firm TLT.

Fallon has joined the investment and asset management team in Manchester, with a role focussing predominantly on investment transactions and asset management. During Fallon’s career, she spent more than six years as a senior associate with Mills & Reeve, before which she was a solicitor with Knights.

She said: “I’m really enjoying my time at TLT, the last few weeks have flown by!

“It’s an exciting time to join the firm, the team in Manchester is busy with some top-quality work and clients and I’m enjoying getting stuck in.

“The team has an excellent reputation in the market both regionally and nationally and I’m looking forward to being able to contribute towards the continued success and growth of the team.”

In August, TLT moved offices from Spinningfields to Salford’s Eden, signing a 15-year lease

TLT’s presence in the North West has seen the firm act on behalf of startup businesses Aquaint – a hospitality and food service communications application – and ScrubMarine, a climate-friendly autonomous ship cleaning vehicle, which received investment via the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund.

In addition, the company has worked on a project to update the built environment contract solutions tool, which helps property professionals navigate sustainability requirements throughout projects.
