Hollingsworth progresses with Holland Park

Flintshire-based Hollingsworth Estates said it is nearing completion of Units 3 and 4 at its industrial scheme in Sandycroft, North Wales.

The construction, civil engineering and development company said it also expects to be on site with Units 5 and 6, measuring 2,000 sq ft each, in late 2011.

Hollingsworth Estates started on site with Units 3 and 4 in April, which are available as one single unit or can be spilt into two 2,000 sq ft units.

Following the undisclosed pre-sale of 1,500 sq ft Unit 1 to document storage systems specialists, TSA Advet, Hollingsworth Estates has decided to push on with the development programme.

Derek Whatling, director at TSA Advet, said: "Once we had decided to take the plunge and move to our own premises, Hollingsworth Estates worked with us to design and implement a workable solution to meet our personnel and business needs."

The 1,500 sq ft Unit 2 still remains available on both leasehold and freehold terms.

When completed Holland Park will comprise 10 industrial and workshop units.

Legat Owen is sole agent on the scheme.
