Hive hires from Sigma
Hayley Fielden has joined Swinton-based Hive Land & Planning as associate director, from build-to-rent specialist Sigma Capital Group.
As regional director at Sigma, Fielden worked with housebuilding partners to secure sites and planning consents for PRS family housing across the North West.
Prior to Sigma, Fielden was the regeneration group leader at Salford City Council, working on schemes such as Chapel Street, New Bailey and Greengate.
Alongside Fielden, Kieran Blaydes has joined Hive from Barton Willmore in Yorkshire.
The two additions come after the appointment of Justin Cove earlier this year, joining as planning director from Nexus, taking the team to five members 18 months after being launched by directors Stuart Sage and Mark Vaughan.
Hive is based in Salford’s Lowry Mill.
