Hillyer McKeown grows residential property team

Tricia Lonorgan has joined the law firm as head of operations in residential conveyancing and will be based in the Chester office.

Hillyer McKeown said that it has undertaken significant growth in its residential property team since September and has recruited a further 10 people to join the department before the New Year.

Lonorgan has more than 25 years’ experience in the sector and joined from Hale-based PLS Solicitors.

The Hillyer McKeown residential property department handles a wide range of property matters from offices in Chester, Liverpool and Wirral.
