Highcross signs two at Deacon Park

Highcross has signed two new office tenants at Deacon Park in Knowsley.
Rathbone Training, which provides educational support to youngsters excluded from school, took 4,000 sq ft for three years to serve a new contract.
The company leased an unrefurbished unit and plans to refurbish it themselves, paying £9.25/sq ft.
In the second deal, Sayers the baker has signed for a 3,200 sq ft unit, also for three years, at an undisclosed rent.
There is 10,000 sq ft of offices remaining at the site, which backs on to Highcross's 450,000 sq ft industrial warehouse.
Edward Symmons and CBRE are joint agents for Highcross.
