Higgins joins Alliance from Ask to boost regeneration deals

Property Alliance Group has appointed Adam Higgins from Ask Developments as a new board director to expand its mixed-use urban regeneration division.

Higgins, who worked at Peel Holdings prior to Ask, will have responsibility for promoting the firm's town and city centre regeneration developments. At Ask, where he was a board director for six years, Higgins worked on Rossetti Place in Manchester, Leopold Square in Sheffield and the redevelopment of Urmston town centre.

In additional to Higgins' appointment, Dylan Williams has joined Alliance from EC Harris as development manager to oversee projects such as Axis, the firm's 18-storey office tower in Manchester city centre. David Fowler has joined the industrial team from WHR.
