Henry Boot’s Europa scheme sold for £4.1m

Developer Henry Boot has sold Europa Court in Warrington to Gullwing Fund 2LP, part of Helios Properties, for £4.1m.

National Grid Gas, DHL and Ideal Industries are all tenants of the office scheme, which was completed in 2002.

Dean Thompson, development surveyor of Henry Boot Developments, said: "We are delighted to complete the sale of Europa Court which concludes this successful development. Henry Boot Developments are keen to build on this success with the acquisition of further sites in the North West this year."

Matthews & Goodman acted for Henry Boot Developments, while Jones Lang LaSalle advised Gullwing.
