Hat-trick of hires for DTM

Chester and Liverpool law firm DTM Legal has strengthened its property team with three appointments.

Paul Makinson and Stephen Lunt have been appointed as partners, while Sue Elias joins as head of the residential team at associate level.

Lunt, who specialises in commercial property, has more than 16 years’ experience working on a wide variety of commercial property matters including, landlord and tenant, energy and utility projects. He was previously based at Slater + Gordon,

Makinson acts for large landed estates in the sale and purchase of farm businesses and associated land and buildings. He previously worked for Walker Smith Way.

Elias heads up the residential property team and is a specialist conveyancer with over 25 years’ experience. She joins from Hillyer McKeown.
