Graduates join Lichfields
The planning and development consultancy has hired Imogen Zulver and Andy McLaren as graduate planners in its Manchester office.
McLaren joined the firm this month, having completed a Masters in urban and regional planning at the University of Birmingham.
He has been working within the housing and residential team, providing a supporting role in the preparation of planning statements, appraisals, applications and development plan representations. He is also currently working on applications within the energy sector.
Zulver joined Lichfields having completed her Masters in town and country planning at the University of Manchester, and is now working towards gaining her RTPI chartered membership. Projects she has already contributed to include the application for Palmus Developments’ £45m mixed-use project in Warrington.
She is currently working on residential projects in Bolton and is assisting with an application for a new school in South Lakeland.
Simon Pemberton, senior director and head of the Manchester office, said: “We look forward to seeing these two ambitious and driven individuals grow and develop their professional experience. Imogen and Andy will be involved in delivering a number of high profile developments over the coming 12 months.”
The appointments are in line with Lichfields’ plans for growth in Manchester, having moved its base to Ship Canal House on King Street.
