Gordon Moon hands Bolton retainer to CBRE/Miller Metcalfe

CB Richard Ellis and Miller Metcalfe have been retained by developer Gordon Moon to let 59,700 sq ft at 120 Bark Street in Bolton town centre.

The completed development is available to lease on a floor by floor basis or in suites ranging from 2,798 sq ft to the entire building. Gordon Moons claims it is the only Grade A accommodation in central Bolton.

Kirsty Lockett of CBRE commented: "This development fills a critical gap in the Bolton market, fulfilling the needs of many expanding businesses within in the town. It represents an opportunity to keep these companies within town centre rather than lose them to the orbital estates which have grown in recent years."

Rents are £15.50/sq ft.
