Global Logistics signs for 38,000 sq ft in Trafford Park

Global Logistics has taken a 10-year lease at £5.50/sq ft on 38,000 sq ft at the Canada Life-owned Guinness Circle in Trafford Park, Manchester.
The new tenant will combine two units at Guiness Circle, which comprises 125,000 sq ft in total and is now fully let.
Julien Kenny-Levick, director of industrial and logistics, at Colliers CRE Manchester, acted for Canada Life. Global Logistics was unrepresented.
