GL Hearn appoints senior planner

The property and development consultancy has appointed Paul Entwistle to its planning team in Manchester.
Entwistle, who specialises in retail and residential planning work, has joined GL Hearn from Rapleys.
He will assist the team with ongoing projects for clients in the North West, including Tesco Stores and Barratt Homes.
Steve Edgeller, planning director at GL Hearn, said: "We are very happy that Paul has joined what is an expanding and busy team. Paul will be working on some really interesting planning applications and his skills will neatly complement those already in place."
