Gerald Eve targets building consultancy growth
Gerald Eve has appointed Michael Robinson, a senior director at CB Richard Ellis, to lead the firm's national building consultancy team from the North West.
Robinson will join this summer and be based in the firm's Manchester office.
His appointment is part of the firm's plans to expand its presence in the North West from its existing business of planning and development, valuation, landlord and tenant and property taxation advice to include building consultancy, occupational and investment agency.
Robinson's arrival takes the total number of Gerald Eve's building consultancy team to 14. David Murgatroyd and Robert White will continue to head up the Birmingham and London teams respectively.
Gerald Eve recently announced plans to convert to a Limited Liability Partnership in October 2008.
