Genesis Wellbeing relocates to One Park West

Health clinic Genesis Wellbeing is opening in Grosvenor's One Park West on The Strand in Liverpool city centre.

Backed by health insurance provider Bupa, Genesis Wellbeing offers full medical health checks, holistic therapies as well as cosmetic treatments.

The "walk in" clinic is relocating from Rodney Street in the city centre to provide a more well-rounded service to clients with aesthetic doctors, psychotherapists, acupuncturists and Bupa physicians amongst the body qualified personnel at the centre.

Dan Symonds, development executive at Grosvenor, said: "This is a great coup for One Park West and marks an exciting stage for the development. Amenities like this reinforce the sense of community for residents and visitors to One Park West making it an even more attractive place to live."

Genesis Wellbeing has agreed on 1,808 sq ft on the ground floor of the building.

One Park West is a 17-storey development containing 326 studio and three bedroom apartments.

King Sturge is the letting agent on the building. Details of the rental agreement were not disclosed.
