Gateley Vinden appoints Heathcote as director
Chris Heathcote has joined the property and construction consultancy, with a focus on improving its project management and quantity surveying offering in the North.
Gateley Vinden, part of the broader Gateley Group, works across multiple sectors, including affordable housing, industrial, health, and leisure. Heathcote’s remit will delve into the company’s offering for the education, commercial, residential, and public sectors.
He brings with him experience as a Manchester-based associate director at Turner & Townsend and CBRE.
Heathcote will work from Gateley’s office in Ship Canal House off Manchester’s King Street as part of the company’s 220-strong staff.
Regarding his new role, Heathcote said: “Gateley Vinden has a strong reputation across the North, and I’m excited to be part of a team that’s continuing to grow and develop its presence in the industry.
