Property professionals from across the country gathered in Manchester to celebrate the housing association and network during the Chartered Institute of Housing’s annual conference.

The evening doubled as a chance for L&Q to showcase its future with Trafford Housing Trust, highlighting its strong pipeline of projects.

L&Q chief executive Fiona Fletcher-Smith set the tone of the evening, describing how the organisation has strong ambitions for the North West, aiming to deliver 20,000 homes over the coming years.

Ben Townsend, director of development with Trafford Housing Trust, echoed Fletcher-Smith’s words and promised a bright future for the housing association.

The reception was also a chance for those attending to meet Alyson Heald, the new partnerships director for THT and L&Q. Heald took on the newly created role in June.

Attendees at the event included representatives from Bury Council, Step Places, Savills, Nikal, Urban Splash, Euan Kellie Property Solutions and Cushman & Wakefield.
