Gallagher confirms plans to found his own company

Peter Gallagher, the head of agency at Erinaceous in Manchester who resigned in October, is setting up a new firm to be called GM Property Consulting.
The new company will be a limited liability partnership with new partners expected to be announced by the end of the year.
Gallagher said GM Property Consulting would concentrate on office-led mixed use developments in the Greater Manchester area.
Phil Meakin, office agent, and Paul Daye, industrial, resigned at the same time as Gallagher but have yet to announce their plans.
