Four step up to partner at Zerum

Nikki Sills, Tom Cook, Richard Murphy, and Andy Duffy are now shareholders at the planning and project management firm.

Sills and Cook have been promoted to partners on the planning side of the business. Murphy is now a partner within Zerum’s highways and travel division Mosodi, and Duffy has been made a partner within the project management arm.

Zerum was founded in 2013 by Antony Kilbride and former Manchester United footballer turned developer Gary Neville.

Over the last 11 years, the firm has grown and now comprises 30 staff across four divisions in offices in Manchester and Leeds.

The company’s projects include the £400m St Michael’s in Manchester, The Galleries in Wigan, and Sweet Street West in Leeds.

Zerum founding partner, Anthony Kilbride said: “The business is now over 10 years old and during this time has grown with new offices in Manchester and Leeds, more colleagues and amazing clients and projects throughout the UK.

“Like all businesses, this success is down to the hard work, dedication and skill of our people and we are delighted to welcome Nikki, Tom, Andy and Rich as partners into the business and for them to develop and support the existing team in the continued development and growth of our company.”
