Four signed to Liverpool One

Grosvenor has announced Hobbs, Calvin Klein, North Face, and Vans will all be opening stores at its Liverpool One scheme.

Calvin Klein, which will be new to the city, will open a 3,459 sq ft store and designer womenswear chain Hobbs is opening a 4,300 sq ft flagship store. Both will be located on Peter's Lane.

North Face is opening a new store on Paradise Street and Vans, the American sneaker brand, is opening within the retail destination.

Chris Bliss, estate director for Liverpool One, said: "These four very different brands are a perfect addition to our already established fashion portfolio and showcase the variety and breadth of fashion brands that we are so proud of at Liverpool One. There are more exciting stores in the pipeline, as we endeavour to keep bringing inspiring brands to the city."

All four retailers are due to open before spring this year.
