Form Property hires Pinkney

Jack Pinkney has been appointed to the newly formed role of director of property management and will be charged with growing the company’s £1bn real estate portfolio.

Pinkney joins Form Property from Native Communities, where he served for two and a half years, initially as head of commercial property, then as director of mixed use.

Before Native, Pinkney cut his teeth at JLL. During his 10-year stay, he worked as a surveyor, associate director, and finally director of property and asset management.

Form Property provides a range of services, including risk mitigation, lease agreement management, and property financial management.

The company is based in the XYZ building in Spinningfields and employs 40 people.

Pinkney said: “I am joining the Form team at a fortuitous time as the Manchester property landscape is evolving at a rapid pace.

“This city is bustling with commercial buildings, and I’m looking forward to leveraging this for the business and delivering excellent outcomes for our portfolio of clients.”

Pinkney will manage a portfolio that already includes Manchester’s Good’s Yard, ABC Building, Bonded Warehouse, and No1 Spinningfields.

Rob Yates, managing director at Form Property, said the appointment has been made “at a crucial time of growth” as Form prepares to “maximise on the delivery of [its] three sub-businesses”.

Form Property is comprised of three sub-companies: Create, which is a dedicated placemaking agency, Sustain, a sustainability division, and Rerate, a business rates support system.

Yates added: “Jack’s extensive experience across property management and placemaking makes him a perfect addition to the team.

“With his ability to oversee large-scale projects and understand the commercial landscape, we’re looking forward to this next phase of Form’s journey.”
