Form Property adopts fresh leadership structure

The Manchester-based real estate management specialist has promoted Jack Pinkney and Anthony Rothwell to joint managing directors, with Rob Yates stepping up to executive director.

Former MD Yates will continue to shape the company’s strategic direction, the firm said, as the strengthened leadership team drives Form’s expansion across the BTR and commercial sectors.

Form has more than £1bn of assets under management for clients including Schroders, Citu and Aviva Investors.

In their new roles, responsibilities will be divided to allow Pinkney and Rothwell to leverage their respective specialisms.

Pinkney, who joined the business last August from Native Communities, will lead on commercial strategy and business growth.

Rothwell – a long-standing member of the Form team for almost a decade – will oversee operations and compliance.

Yates will continue to remain closely involved, providing strategic oversight across service delivery, client relationships, and Form’s B Corp, charitable and environmental commitments.

Pinkney said: “This is a pivotal moment in Form’s evolution. Our new structure allows Anthony and me to fully utilise our complementary areas of expertise, supported by an exceptional team that has delivered outstanding results, from 100 per cent NPS scores to consistently strong KPIs and client feedback.

“We’re proud to be a boutique, people‑led operator with genuine commercial edge.  We combine creativity with robust, commercial acumen and we look forward to expanding our operations across both the Living and Commercial markets nationwide, while still offering a seamless, exceptional service across our entire portfolio.”

The firm has also undergone a rebranding exercise. Rothwell added: “It’s an important moment for Form as we step into a new chapter with a refreshed identity that represents our values while capturing our ambitions for growth and flexibility.”
