Extension for Wigan Enterprise Park

St Modwen is to deliver another phase at Enterprise Court in the 30-acre Wigan Enterprise Park.
The developer has obtained planning consent for a second phase of 33,000 sq ft of industrial units, ranging from 2,500 sq ft.
The 51,000 sq ft first phase is already completed, and recent lettings over 20,000 sq ft have included Belle Green Construction, CMG Public Houses and Donald Forbes.
Construction work on the second phase is due to begin early next year.
