The ‘Your Stockport, Your Development, Your Future’ event will be held on Friday 5th December 2008 from 7.30am to 10.30am. Advance booking is essential to reserve a place at the event. The borough offers fantastic opportunities with significant scope for new developments – from small-scale infill developments to conversions of large mills and redevelopment of brownfield sites. The event will offer a chance to find out about exciting developments already underway in the borough, as well as what the future holds for development in Stockport and what support is available from Stockport Council and its partner organisations. Attendees will get opportunity to discuss issues and concerns with senior Council Officers as well as the chance to network with fellow property professionals. There will also be several detailed discussion sessions across a number of different property areas and themes. The Council is keen to hear from experts on issues such as current and future supply and demand within the borough. The event will be taking place in Cheadle Heath and a hot buffet breakfast will be provided.
