Property investment and development company, Town Centre Securities, who own and manage the Urban Exchange retail park, Great Ancoats Street, Manchester, is inviting commercial property agents to view the scheme for the first time on Wednesday 21 September.
Between 9am and 10.30am agents will be offered breakfast and given the opportunity to meet tenants before being taken on a tour of the development. A free return shuttle will operate between Manchester Central and the site and there is also free parking for up to three hours in the car park right outside the stores. All those attending will receive a £10 Urban Exchange gift voucher.
The 140, 000 sq ft building, which originally housed the ILVA Danish furniture store, now has four of the five units open including Go Outdoors, Pure Gym, ALDI and M&S Outlet.
Richard Lewis, Property Director at Town Centre Securities said: "We've come a long way in the last six months with four tenants signing leases and the building nearly fully occupied. The scheme has been reborn from the former ILVA building into an established city centre inner ring road retail location. We felt it was time we showed people what we've achieved and discuss option for the last remaining unit."
