RTPI: Planning Support Staff Update
This event will help those new to planning, planning support staff or those who are regularly expected to comment on planning applications and would like to know more about the system. The event will look at the basics of planning, including the latest updates in mapping and GIS; the development management process and when permission is and isn't required; how to comment effectively on an application; the whole issue of development viability; the decision making process; and how and when to appeal including reference to Appeals, Judicial Review and Legal Challenges.

Cancellations must be received at least 7 days before the event or may be subject to a £20 cancellation fee. No refund will be given for non-attendance but substitutions are acceptable at any time.
