Senseless reforms? Or new and improved system?
This event will look at the range of reforms over the last 18 months and consider if they are improving the system, delivering development and furthering a plan led system; or whether they are hampering delivery and making the plan led system ever more complex.
Speakers will consider recent case law and legislative changes and discuss their efficacy. In a rapidly changing system this is an event that you cannot afford to miss!
