This event will give an update on the CIL position across the Country and in the North West in particular. How to develop a CIL Charging Schedule, identify infrastructure requirements and put in place an infrastructure delivery plan will also be addressed. We will also look at some best practice examples. The event will consider the impact on developments of CIL and S106 requirements and how LPAs and Applicants can work together to assess the impact on viability, and ways in which this can be dealt with to enable a positive outcome (compromise?).
