A great deal has changed since 2014 when the Northern Powerhouse was announced including; Brexit, two general elections and the ousting of Osborne. Does the Northern Powerhouse still mean anything?
As the elected city-regional mayors settle into their posts, what power do they have to shape the North? This event will focus on the Northern Powerhouse in 2018, alongside issues around devolution.
