This seminar will consider current and emerging trends in retail and leisure development, and consider how the planning system can help regenerate our town centres.
Speakers will examine the types of retail and town centre development which remain viable in a challenging market, providing case study examples from the region.
Recent case law and appeal decisions will be reviewed in order to provide clarification in respect of how the NPPF sequential and impact tests should be applied in practice.
