With more confidence in the market and commitment of public funds, regeneration is back! This day will examine the lessons we can learn from regeneration pre-recession and how this has changed post-recession.
A range of scheme types and sizes will be examined; including small scale town centre regeneration, city centre neighbourhoods, public and private sector partnerships and sports led regeneration. The aim of the day will be discern key guidelines and issues to consider for successful regeneration.
