Housing is certain to remain at the top of the political and planning agenda as we move into 2018. With guidance expected from central government on ‘Objectively Assessed Needs’ and the impact of many local plans coming online across the region (including at the city region level), housing issues remain at the heart of both rural, urban and community-led planning policy.
This year we may see the discussion turning from delivery of numbers to how we sustain our housing growth. At this conference, we’ll hear from leading commentators who will address crucial areas of housing policy and practice.
