This event will consider how plan-makers can prepare policies to help deliver the right homes in the right places, meeting the needs of their local communities and supporting their local priorities. Speakers will consider local housing need, affordable housing provision, identifying a five year supply and annual positions statements, optional standards, barriers to delivery and viability.
This event could count as appropriate CPD for RTPI members – remember to keep a record of your learning, including your learning outcomes, in your CPD record
