Often an enforcement officer is the public face of the planning service, carrying out investigations, liaising with both members of the public and professional agents; ensuring that public confidence is retained. In order to carry out the role an up to date knowledge of changes in policy and legislation are required.
This event will provide delegates with an update on recent cases and appeals, and will consider the best ways to engage with public and professionals alike.
