Planning enforcement is an important and distinct function within the planning process, with officers often working at the sharp end of planning and development management. This event will look at the latest cases and precedents in enforcement, with updates from the legal world and case studies from others working in enforcement. It will be an interacive CPD event with presentations from legal, public and private sector practitioners.
