RTPI Housing, Regeneration & Growth: Tackling the Housing Crisis

Date: 24 September 2014, 9:00 - 12:00

Location: Manchester Meeting Place, University of Manchester

Email: beverley.watson@rtpi.org.uk

This event will consider the changing context in planning for housing, including meeting the requirements of emerging revised planning guidance. We will consider the current state of the housing market, asking whether we are experiencing another boom, as well as the outcome of government programmes such as the Help To Buy scheme. We will also be looking, in our centenary year, at how current trends relate to historic problems around planning for housing.

The day starts at 9am and ends at 5pm.
