Moving beyond supply vs quality?
Housing appears likely to remain near the top of the UK Government’s agenda and hence remain a priority for the Planning system in 2019. This, the first of two Housing updates, will take a fresh look at some of the ongoing issues relevant to planning for housing.
These will include the role of Homes England in supporting housing delivery; alternative models of housing provision including Offsite construction; funding and viability; housing and town centres.
