Housing continues to be a critical aspect of plan making and development management across the North West.
This event will bring together players from local authorities and the private sector to examine and debate key issues including the latest strategic guidance from the GMSF and its implications for the Green Belt and infrastructure; how to convert permissions into delivery; has the housebuilding sector got the capacity to actually deliver the numbers and the role of modular construction in housing the north west’s growing population.
