The Localism Act 2011 heralds the greatest changes to the planning system since 1947. This seminar takes a look at some of the major changes. Topics covered will include:
- Abolition of Regional Strategies
- Neighbourhood planning
- Councillor predetermination
- The proposed National Planning Poicy Framework.
This seminar forms part of the RICS matrics & Local Association Spring CPD Series.
