The Localism Act 2011 heralds the greatest changes to the planning system since 1947. This seminar takes a look at some of the major changes. Topics covered will include:

  • Abolition of Regional Strategies
  • Neighbourhood planning
  • Councillor predetermination
  • The proposed National Planning Poicy Framework.

This seminar forms part of the RICS matrics & Local Association Spring CPD Series. These seminars provide general overview of the subject matter and are open for all property and construction related professionals who may have an interest in the subject matter.
