RICS: Manchester city centre regeneration walk

The guided tour will retrace the events that took place over fifteen years ago, the day the bomb exploded off Market Street and will explore the transformation of the city centre's skyline with the regeneration of areas such as Shambles Square, The Triangle, The Royal Exchange as well as St Anne's Square.

The RICS Greater Manchester Quantity Surveying and Construction Professional Group will congregate at Sinclair Oyster Bar, 2 Cathedral Gate ,Shambles Square, Manchester city centre at 5pm finishing at Mr Thomas's Chop House for informal networking.

Guest Speaker is Phil Knowles, MRICS, managing director of Phil Knowles Associates, former chairman of the RICS Manchester QS branch. Phil has extensive knowledge of Manchester's regeneration over the past fifteen years.
