RICS event: Manchester city centre regeneration walk

Overview

A guided tour will retrace the events that took place over 15 years ago, the day a bomb exploded off Market Street and will explore the transformation of Manchester city centre's skyline with the regeneration of areas such as Shambles Square, The Triangle, The Royal Exchange as well as St Anne's Square.

Guest Speaker is Phil Knowles, managing director of Phil Knowles Associates, former chairman of the RICS Manchester QS branch. Knowles has extensive knowledge of Manchester's regeneration over the past 15 years.

The group will congregate at Sinclair Oyster Bar at 2 Cathedral Gate in Shambles Square, Manchester city centre at 5pm finishing at Mr Thomas's Chop House for informal networking.
