Date: 21 May 2015, 10:00 - 12:00

Location: Grant Thornton, Royal Liver Building, Pier Head, Liverpool, L3 1PS

Email: Thomas.mills@riba.org

Understanding historic buildings requires an appreciation of historical development, construction, condition, performance and use. This is especially important when planning changes and interventions to historic fabric. This seminar will show how the discipline of building pathology provides a structured, evidence-based approach for investigations and surveys that inform conservation and refurbishment projects.

Speaker: David Watt, Hutton + Rostron Environmental Investigations Limited.

The event is also running in Liverpool on 21 May.
