Speakers confirmed for this breakfast event on 16 June at the Holiday Inn, Aytoun Street, include:

Simon Ismail, director and co-owner of Salboy, the development company led by Fred Done with planning permission for 700 PRS apartments in Salford

Nathan Cornish, director at Urban Splash, one of the North West’s most prolific developers responsible for the residential-led overhaul of key parts of Manchester

Phil Mayall, director of Muse Developments and English Cities Fund, bringing forward institutional investor-funded PRS blocks as part of New Bailey in Salford

Chris Findley, assistant director planning and transport, Salford City Council and planning lead for Greater Manchester Combined Authority

Euan Kellie, managing director of Euan Kellie Property Solutions, planning and development consultant, advising Salboy on its projects in Salford and Wigan

David Roberts, partner in Mills & Reeve‘s award-winning real estate team, and specialist in complex residential developments

Discussion on the day will provide a guide for developers and other property professionals on how to make the most of the opportunities presented by the private rented sector, as well as identifying potential risks. The debate will look at funding, design, viability and management of large PRS blocks.
