Nathan Cornish, director at Urban Splash, one of the North West’s most prolific developers responsible for the residential-led overhaul of key parts of Manchester

Phil Mayall, director of Muse Developments and English Cities Fund, bringing forward institutional investor-funded PRS blocks as part of New Bailey in Salford

Chris Findley, assistant director planning and transport, Salford City Council and planning lead for Greater Manchester Combined Authority

Discussion on the day will provide a guide for developers and other property professionals on how to make the most of the opportunities presented by the private rented sector, as well as identifying potential risks. The debate will look at funding, design, viability and management of large PRS blocks.

The event, sponsored by Mills & Reeve and Premier Guarantee, is free to attend and breakfast will be provided. Arrival begins at 8am for an 8.30am start, with proceedings due to finish at around 10am.
