Planning continues to keep the courts busy, with key decisions being made in areas such as the interpretation of policy and the NPPF, housing land supply and neighbourhood plans. Policy and government statements emerge almost every week seeking to make planning easier, and strategic planning seems to be making a come-back through City Regions. This year's event will help to make sense of it all – and look forward at the implications of the election.
