Place North West, Lovell Partnerships, Iceni Projects and PPS Group bring you the first debate of its kind between the Labour candidate, Andy Burnham, Conservative Sean Anstee and Liberal Democrat Jane Brophy as they compete to become the first Greater Manchester Mayor.
Held on Friday 10 February from 5.30pm in the Alexandra Suite at The Midland Hotel in Manchester, this free event will see the region’s leading property and construction decision-makers gather to hear the candidates discuss their priorities and policies for the area, ahead of the Greater Manchester mayoral election on 4 May 2017.
Topics for debate will include:
- Green Belt release
- Greater Manchester Spatial Framework
- Transport and infrastructure
- Development and investment
- Health and social care
- The candidates’ priorities
This unique event will provide delegates with the opportunity to ask the contenders exactly what they plan to do to tackle such issues as the region’s housing crisis, traffic congestion, skills gaps and unemployment.
