Place North West is pleased to announce the Cheshire West and North Wales Property Forum in association with DTM Legal and Cheshire West & Chester Council.
The event on 21 April at Pioneer House in Ellesmere Port will offer an insight into the challenges and opportunities facing the development industry in the sub-region.
The Forum will feature a keynote address from Andrew Teage, planning director at BDP on major regeneration plans in the area, followed by roundtable workshops on:
- Housing
- Rural economy
- Offices and business parks
- Distribution
- Retail
The event will conclude with a lively panel debate featuring experts and key players in the area. Speakers will include:
- Rita Waters, chief executive, Chester Renaissance
- Cllr Mike Jones, leader of Cheshire West & Chester Council
The free event will run from 8.30am until 2pm on 21 April at Pioneer Point, Pioneer Business Park, Ellesmere Port, CH65 1AD
